Shipping & Returns

We ship via Purolator or Canada Post in plain brown boxes with no reference to Sexcessories.  It will be marked shipping from: Merchants and packed in a brown generic box.

An email will be sent when package is shipped with a tracking number through PayPal or Canada Post.

Free shipping is available on certain items or promotional items we offer.

Certain items will have an extra shipping fee due to the size/weight and will be stated in the description.

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.  If we don't have an item(s) in stock and are unable to obtain them within 1 week, we will return the money charged for that item and send you notification by email.

Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days(after parcel has been shipped), depending on the delivery zone.  We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.  Please consider any shipping times offered by Sexcessories only as an estimate.

Government taxes/duties are not included in the international shipping charges and the responsibility of the purchaser.

Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to allow returns or exchange items unless they are defective.  This is for health reasons.  As a result of this policy, all products requiring batteries are tested before they are shipped to ensure they are functioning properly.  Therefore, certain products with a factory seal will be opened in the battery compartment area for testing.

If an item is found defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item.  Please contact us at sexcessories@hotmail.com to let us know.  Please include in the email, your order number, name and email or phone number.  Also please state the nature of the defect.  Once we have received the defective item (along with all original parts, batteries, controllers) we will ship a new item to you free of charge.

Please note that the shipping cost for returning a defective item will be issued to you through a store credit.
